NoteToSelf: What's up with Help?
This Help:Contents page, to which the "Help" link in the nav box (left) leads, was empty. I copied a few things over from the Meta-Wiki Help section, but naming them Help:Whatever did not cause them to appear on this contents page. Puzzling. See below.
It does however bring them up on Special:Allpages if and only if, from the drop down menu up top where it says, "Choose namespace", you scroll down and select "Help"! Ahh! How esoteric is that?!
See: Meta-Wiki Help:Contents (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Contents)
And see Meta-Wiki Help:Help (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Help) page:
This help namespace is reserved for help about the MediaWiki software, pages that we want to keep the same in all projects. Later the importing from Meta-Wikipedia into other wikis may be automated. Therefore, please avoid creating foundation topic pages in this namespace.
